Ohio State Highway Patrol Ohio Driving Test Scheduling

This website is for scheduling your class D operator’s license or motorcycle test only. At this time, you cannot use this website to schedule CDL appointments. Contact your local Driver Exam Station for assistance with scheduling a CDL skills test. Before scheduling your driving test, please read the selections below and check all boxes that apply (you may check more than one selection) and click “Next” to proceed:
I am a current Ohio license or temporary permit holder and have already taken and passed my written test.
I am not a current Ohio license or temporary permit holder, but I am currently licensed in another country and I have already taken and passed the written test in Ohio.
I am under 18 years of age.
My license is currently suspended; I am testing to get it restored.
